Natural toothpaste

We are often asked what natural toothpaste we use or recommend.  The truth is that with Blotting Brushes there is no need for a toothpaste, so we don’t use much.   There comes a time however when I feel like freshening up my mouth before I go out somewhere.

For that purpose I always use a natural toothpaste made by Anousta Products in Pamphill, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 4ED

They are available in 3 varieties:
1)  Essential oil of peppermint (the most commonly desired variety)
2) Essential oil of peppermint with French sea salt (used for bleeding and receding gums,  heavily stained teeth and treating mouth ulcers)
3) Essential oil of Mandarin (for those on Homoeopathy and children under 7 years old adore this one)

I first met Linda Anousta in Bath at a very busy Natural Health event.  We swapped information and kept in touch. Several years later she manages a thriving business producing a quality range of natural skin care products, including toothpaste.  No questionable ingredients; those she uses are globally sourced and organically grown where possible.

I have the toothpastes she offers and I consider them one of my occasional luxuries. They come in peppermint and mandarin flavours.  Have a look at her website and try them out for yourself.  I know you’ll notice a difference.

For those of you that participate in our annual olive oil shipment, it was Linda who first told us about it.  A few years ago she helped with the harvest there and told us it was the experience of a lifetime!
