Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that balances the body’s energy using fingers and hands.  I bought this book 10 years ago and read it right through.  At the time I was in the process of becoming a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu.  The meaning of each energy lock has immeasurable significance and the book is on my bedside table so I can continually refresh my knowledge of  this ancient art.
