1.  The Need for a Quantum Leap in Personal Evolution
As we are now, in this present stage of human development, we are as the embryos, the foetuses of a new and evolving mankind. From the mammalian man we are evolving to become the Christ like man. We are in this teenage period; it seems difficult to go through but not to stay in it. To evolve it is necessary for us to go much further.

We have one foot in the ancient system and one foot in the new one, and it is pretty uncomfortable. It’s like putting new wine into old wine skins, in other words new knowledge put into old working structures.

We seem to be stuck at the stage of mammalian consciousness, at the level of the reptilian system where we experience survival tactics locking us into fear, judgement, repulsion, suffering, misfortune, ownership and a lack of creative power. In order to shift out of this, it is more important than ever that we make a personal quantum leap towards a higher consciousness where we can be our pure loving selves having  wonderful experience as living beings. It is logical that a favourable genetic predisposition would provide a better place from which to make that leap towards furthering our personal evolution.
 
We call Pure Creative energy “God”. This Pure Creative energy we call “God”, is everywhere, in each atom, in each electron and in all the matter that exists. We are ourselves a part of this Pure Creative God energy and Pure Creative God energy is a part of us. It therefore follows that we can create, change, and  evolve by connecting to it and remembering our personal power to do so.

 
2. An Aid in Making a Quantum Leap 
It is via this pure creative god energy that Joel Ducatillon came to do research, experiment with, and eventually come up with a way to communicate with our very cells that hold genetic memories, some of which have locked us into survival tactics of fear, judgment, repulsion, suffering, misfortune, ownership and a lack of creative power. If we can somehow release the memories of our ancestors’ sufferings and fears for survival, we can create  a clean slate. And with a clean slate i.e.: cleared cellular memories, we can re-programme our cells with creative power, wisdom, love, beauty, non judgement etc.  In other words whatever we feel would help us evolve to better handle things that occur in a beneficial way for all concerned 
 
Joel considered what Nicolas Tesla said: “We are computers, free energy machines, and the soul incarnates through these machines made by Mother Earth to expand God’s body through the unknown” and  likened the cells in our bodies, to floppy disks of our physical body. We, as a  psycho-emotional computer, have approx six thousand billions cells, programmed with ancestral survival memories.

So for positive change to occur in a being, we have to positively affect these cells because they programme our genes, ( which are like chips in a computer).  Our DNA is also affected. Over many generations, humans have suffered a DNA alteration. We used to have 12 strands of DNA – some say 36- now we only have 2 left. It seems that to have only 2 DNA strands left has resulted in a consciousness system of good and evil. And yet 90 % of the DNA strands encodes “nothing” . The scientists used to say that is was “junk DNA”, which means DNA without value.

Yet when we look to geometry and mathematics we learn that it is in this “intronic” part (a segment of the gene), which encodes nothing, that we can find the fractal geometries that will change the way data bases are set in the encoding part.
It is through these geometries that the soul, inside, can transmit genetically its karmic burden and its memories, which are imprinting into the cells. And it is through this that the higher self, of whatever the species, or the consciousness level is,  communicates  and transmits  messages using a geometric language.  So we see that pyramids, double tetrahedrons etc and the pattern called ‘The Flower Of Life’ hold an importance and fascination in unlimited possibilities concerning our evolution.
  

 3. Water, The Messenger
Everything has a memory and recent research is proving that water is an excellent medium for holding memories when it is programmed. (Masuro Emoto, homeopathy etc ) and since the human body is approximately 90% liquid (this varies depending on the part of the body being referred to -  internal waters, blood, lymph extra-cellular liquids, intra-cellular liquids etc). these too can be programmed.
 
Joel collected and studied “codes” which have the power to affect our cellular makeup and included certain ones in the original making, using  water as the  “carrier” of this collected wisdom. He continues to add appropriate codes as he finds them (Hebraic language’s codes, the oscillating circuits of Lakowski Plexiglas cylinder, in which there was a spiral of energy, and  shamanic discoveries) Thus the water is always “current,” alive and relative because it is encoded with such wisdom. It has an extremely high vibrational rate.
 
This encoded water when consumed has the potential of raising our vibratory levels.  This n turn transforms our being at the cellular level.  

We do not take this water to become healed. We take it so that our systems receive the codes of transformation which put us into a higher vibratory dimension and level of consciousness to help us evolve. Any healing that we seek happens on a deeper level, at the source of the discomfort - in the cellular memory. Perhaps it can be said that we see our fear of survival tactics for what they are as we come into our own power and confidence. We transform. Our discernment is increased affecting relationships, choices and responses.
 
Although this water is “programmed” and “encoded” with the highest and best as it becomes available, and in its own right will enhance the users well being, we also have the power and option to further personalise its programming.  Research done by Masuro Emoto bears this out. The only requisite is that it is for the positive only, present tense and for ourselves (unless its for a baby or someone who is incapable of doing it).  

If others want to change and grow, we give them their own 
container of Diamond Water and tell them how to use it.

 
4. Personal Further Programming of Diamond Water
To add your personal programming, just before drinking Diamond Water simply speak (preferably aloud) your intentions about how it is that you wish to grow or become your divine self.  Put your wish or desire into the form of an intention. Your personal energy and power will further programme the water you are about to drink.

“I intend that my discernment is increased in all that I do.”
“I intend that my relationship with __ is equal, respectful & loving”
“I intend that I am open to receive appropriate support”
“I intend that I access wisdom “
“I intend that I access my creativity and sense of wonder”

“I intend that I am free of judgment (or __ )
 
My intention is peace within myself
My intention is being calm.
My intention is completing this project with ease.
My intention is being efficient today.
My intention is a good night’s sleep.

 5. Creative Use of Diamond Water
As you experiment and learn more about yourself, notice what happens as you change.  Noticing is a very important aspect of this evolution. You will develop a fun and loving relationship with this Diamond Water!  It will seem as if the water communicates with you through others and events which seem to act as a mirror as to where you are, what progress you are making, and sometimes, highlighting  or suggesting areas you may need to refine!

So as you use this water, be observant and have fun! Your transformation need not be difficult.  Make it enjoyable and humourous! Learn to laugh at yourself (which is a high level self acceptance) and continue to try again or try a different way! 

 
6. How to Make More Water - Suggestion
Leave 10% of Diamond Water you were given in a glass container, top it up (easiest done over night) with any drinkable water and leave for 12 hours for the Diamond Water to reprogramme the new water. It is then ready for your personal use.  Plastic containers can be used but glass is so much better especially if it is stored.
 
If you need a large quantity of Diamond water to positively affect perhaps your well or pool, pond, a river, animals drinking trough etc Just leave it for longer than 12 hrs – use your judgment depending on the size of where you will be putting it.

 
7.  You Are In Charge
As you use and develop a relationship with Diamond Water you will understand that the events of our lives are often reflexive ways to make memories emerge, which we had forgotten because of incarnation’s amnesia. 

Using Diamond Water isn’t the only way to raise your vibratory levels or to affect positive cellular reprogramming, but it is perhaps one of the surest and quickest ways and one where your own power continues to enhance your own well being. You will enjoy being your own transformer!  You will also like being observant of yourself as well as being able to take charge of your own destiny.
