Critter Cleanse - dosage guide

We’ve known for many years that our pets harbour parasites and need to be treated on a regular basis.  We also know that over 40 species of parasites are known to be transferred from animals to man, causing up to 85 or more known diseases.

Detox and Maintenance dosages
It is not always easy to gauge a specific dosage for each animal. As a general rule we have calculated an initial dosage as 2% of the animal’s bodyweight which is approximately the weight of food the animal consumes each day; then we take 10% of that figure to arrive at the recommended detox dosage.  Half of this figure again would be the maintenance dose.

-   For a 20 pound (9 Kilo) dog:
-   2% would be 0.40 pounds/0.18 kilos (180 grams)
-  10% of that figure is 0.04 pounds (18 grams).
-  Maintenance dose @ 50% is therefore 0.02 pounds (9 grams).

-  For a 1000 pound (454 kilos) horse:
-  2% would be 20 pounds/9 kilos
-  10% of that figure is 2 pounds (0.9 kilos).
-  Maintenance dose @ 50% is therefore 1 pound (0.45 kilos).

With horses we usually recommend to add 1 level scoop of Critter Cleanse to a feed once per day. The feed can be damped down with oil or water to reduce wastage.

Kittens: If you use Critter Cleanse exercise some caution by using a maximum of 50 grams 2-3 times a week at most.
Adult cats: Initial dose 125mg (you can increase to a maximum of 250 mg depending on animal size and condition) of Critter Cleanse for 30 days

For any other animals – sheep, cattle, pocket pets, birds please contact us first.

Some animals show an itchy skin when taking Critter Cleanse.  This simply means that Critter Cleanse is working and is an indication that migrating parasites are leaving through the animal’s pores and skin.  This normally lasts for a few days.

Critter Cleanse has been effective in eliminating many types of parasite in animals.  We offer no claims that Critter Cleanse will cure any conditions or parasitic diseases in animals.  For those wanting help in eliminating parasites from their pets/animals with a natural, chemical-free, herbal product, Critter Cleanse is what we recommend.

It is advised that Critter Cleanse should be administered to animals for at least 4 weeks and in certain cases (especially with larger animals) for longer.

A serious effort should be made to clean up all faecal matter in the immediate area during the period Critter Cleanse is given.  Many eggs and developing parasites are passed in the animal’s faeces which will re-infect the animals.  It is also beneficial to disinfect the premises as well.

Ensure the animal drinks plenty of water.

It has been observed that animals and pets using Critter Cleanse were not attracting fleas, even in high flea population areas.

You are encouraged to report results of using Critter Cleanse to us at Resources For Life. The feedback you give can help other pet and animal owners.
