Thanks for this information. Really encouraging stuff. The most noticeable experience I'm aware of is the ease i am now having during my menstrual cycle. A bit of a sensitive topic to discuss but i would strongly suggest that women at  any stage of the menopause should try Maestro. I've been taking two tablets a day, for about three months . Maestro has not reduced the night sweats but i no longer have to take pain relief. At times i would have to take up to 6-8 pain tablets daily, NO MORE PAIN TABLETS ITS FANTASTIC.
