Dosage
For those just beginning to take the oil initially one should take: 1 teaspoon 3 times daily for 2-3 weeks and thereafter a teaspoon 2 times daily.

This dosage may be increased in the event of illness. As beneficial as it can be to take it daily, it is also recommended to sometimes not take it for short periods so the body doesn’t take it for granted.

Children aged 12 and under should take half the suggested dose for adults and infants half of the children’s dose.
