 The Art of Helping Yourself

I first read about Jin Shin Jyutsu in 1998.  If you haven’t come across it before, Jin Shin Jyutsu is an Ancient Japanese art (as opposed to a technique), rediscovered in the early 20th century and brought to the West by Mary Burmeister.

It promotes overall well-being by balancing the body’s energy.  I loved the fact that I could use fingers on specific points of my own body to self-heal.
